What is SamVertex
SamVertex is a third-party logistics (3PL) company operating from Ras Al Khor, Dubai. We handle the operational side of e-commerce for businesses that do not want to manage their own warehousing, delivery, or returns infrastructure. Stock comes in, sits on our shelves, and goes out to UAE buyers under your brand. We collect cash on delivery, reconcile it, and pay you out.
Who SamVertex is for
Section titled “Who SamVertex is for”We work with small and medium e-commerce sellers shipping inside the UAE. Typical customers fall into one of three groups.
The first group is Shopify and direct-to-consumer brands selling fashion, beauty, electronics, supplements, or home goods. They want a UAE-local fulfilment partner so their AED storefront does not have to ship from overseas.
The second group is marketplace sellers on Noon, Amazon, and Carrefour Online who need a prep partner. We label, polybag, and deliver inbound to the marketplace warehouse so you stay on top of inbound deadlines.
The third group is importers bringing stock from China who need everything from sea or air freight to clearance to local delivery, under one provider. You ship from Shenzhen or Yiwu; we land it, clear it, store it, and start fulfilling.

How it works
Section titled “How it works”- You connect your store (Shopify, Noon, Amazon) or send us orders by CSV.
- We pick, pack, and dispatch from our Dubai warehouse.
- Our drivers deliver across the UAE, with photo and signature proof on each drop.
- We collect cash if needed, reconcile it, and pay out to your bank in AED.
- Returns come back to our warehouse where we inspect and restock.
Where we operate
Section titled “Where we operate”Our warehouse is in Ras Al Khor, Dubai, with last-mile coverage to all seven Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Freight lanes run from major Chinese ports and airports (Shenzhen, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Ningbo) into Jebel Ali and Dubai Airport.
