Pick and pack
Once an order lands in our system, our team picks the SKUs, packs them to your spec, and hands the parcel to dispatch. Same-day cut-off is 14:00 Dubai time for next-day delivery anywhere in the UAE. See Cut-off times for the full schedule.
How an order is processed
Section titled “How an order is processed”-
Order received. Comes in from your Shopify, Noon, Amazon, or manual upload channel. The pick team sees it in the queue within seconds.
-
Picked. A picker walks the route, scanning the SKU and the bin location on each grab. The system blocks the wrong SKU from being scanned.
-
Quality check and photo. Before sealing, the packer takes a top-down photo of the picked items next to the order label. The photo is filed to the order in your dashboard. If a buyer ever disputes “wrong item received”, you can pull the photo in seconds.
-
Packed. Into your branded mailer, branded box, or our white outer. Insert flyers go in if you supplied them.
-
Labelled. Shipping label with QR. Order is now visible in tracking for the buyer.
-
Handed to driver. Hourly handovers to the last-mile team during business hours.
Packaging options
Section titled “Packaging options”You choose how each order ships out.
- Plain white outer. Cheapest. Fine for marketplace inbound or budget brands.
- Your branded mailer or box. Bring 1,000 to 5,000 units at a time; we store them in your reserved packaging bin.
- Hybrid: plain outer + your branded inner tissue or sticker. Cheap upgrade that still feels custom.
Insert flyers (thank-you cards, return slips, discount codes) cost nothing extra to drop in; you just need to keep stock with us.
Bundling and kitting
Section titled “Bundling and kitting”If you sell bundles (“buy 2 get a free pouch”), we can build the bundle:
- At receiving. Pre-assembled at inbound, then stored as a single SKU. Faster picks, harder to unwind later.
- On the fly. Picked from component SKUs at order time. Slower picks, more flexible.
We will recommend the right approach when you tell us your bundle plans during onboarding.
Accuracy
Section titled “Accuracy”Our standard pick accuracy target is 99.7% (3 errors per 1,000 orders). Errors trigger a credit back to you and a root-cause review. See SLA commitments.
