Noon prep

Prep work for Noon sellers running on FBN (Fulfilled by Noon) or coordinating inbounds to Noon’s UAE fulfilment centres. We label, package, and inbound from our owned warehouse in Ras Al Khor, Dubai, with the documentation and the appointment scheduling Noon’s logistics team expects.

What is included

  • Direct delivery to Noon’s UAE fulfilment centres on our trucks, on the agreed inbound date.
  • Photo proof of the prepped units before loading, attached to the shipment in your account.

How a Noon inbound shipment works

  1. Plan the shipment. Confirm SKUs, units, prep spec, and target Noon fulfilment centre with your account manager.
  2. Stock arrives at our warehouse. Either via inbound freight from China or transferred from your existing storage.
  3. Prep to Noon spec. Barcode label every unit; package per current Noon carton requirements.
  4. Generate inbound documentation. Inbound notice, packing list, commercial invoice as needed.
  5. Book the inbound slot. Coordinate with Noon’s logistics team for the receiving appointment.
  6. Inbound to Noon FC. Our trucks deliver to the assigned UAE fulfilment centre.
  7. Confirm receive. Noon scans in; we close the shipment in your dashboard once received units match shipped units.

Per-unit prep rates depend on the prep type (label only, packaging adjustment, kitting), the SKU complexity, and the volume per inbound. Storage between stock arrival and Noon inbound bills at our standard storage rates. Freight from China, when applicable, runs as a separate line under sea freight or air freight. Common mistakes to avoid

  • Wrong barcode format on the unit. Noon rejects the inbound; you pay for return-and-relabel.
  • Packaging not to current spec. Noon updates carton requirements periodically; we track the changes.
  • No inbound slot booked. Cargo arriving at the FC without an appointment gets turned away.
  • Mismatched packing list and physical units. Triggers a recount at the FC and delays the goods receipt.
